In 2014, we set out to build a unique consulting firm, a place where incredibly talented individuals are empowered to do their best. We expressed our aspiration in our mission statement: Leaders helping leaders to make positive and sustainable change in their organization.
Today, The Kavi Group is a 7-figure company growing 12% every year with Fortune 100 companies as our clients. Most recently, we’ve helped our clients navigate the COVID19 pandemic, supply chain risks and disruptions, climate-change associated threats, and adjust to the new normal of risk management.
The word "Kavi" in Sanskrit means "poet". It signifies someone who holds knowledge and can read the stars. But the Kavi Group is more than just a group of poets. We also embody the values of leadership, guidance, and wisdom, which is why the word "Kavi" also means "advisor to Kings and Queens in times of chaos."
